Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team, specializing in phone support for our online spare parts business. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers by providing expert advice and support for garden, forest, and construction machinery parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Identify and recommend the appropriate spare parts based on customer requirements and machinery specifications.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, staying updated on new products and industry trends.
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently and professionally.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role, preferably within the garden, forest, or construction machinery industry.
Strong technical knowledge of machinery parts and the ability to identify parts accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work within the specified hours of 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.Benefits:
