Technical Operator - Temporary Contract - Full Time

Are you a detail-oriented and focused individual with experience working in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment? Our client, based in Covingham, Swindon, is seeking a Technical Operator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company that enables their customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

The Role:

You will be responsible for setting up and operating aseptic filling lines.
You will prepare, test, and set up multiple modules, as well as small and large-scale compounding systems.
Utilising bespoke manufacturing skids and vessel systems, you will be involved in the formulation of Pharmaceuticals.
Your key responsibilities will include performing manufacturing, filling, and operational duties.
You will ensure equipment is set up correctly to minimise downtime, product damage, and waste.
It will be your duty to monitor equipment status, report any faults, and carry out cleaning and maintenance of clean rooms and equipment.
You will also be responsible for the sterilisation of equipment using airlocks before use.
Non-conformance instances should be communicated to the area leader, Manager, or Quality Assurance representatives.
SAP transactions and the use of quality systems for GMP changes and report writing will be a part of your daily tasks.
You will conduct clean room environmental monitoring in accordance with house procedures.Essential Requirements:

GCSE Maths and English with a minimum Grade C.
Basic computer skills.
Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical company is required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.This is a temporary position, offering full-time hours on a rotating shift pattern. One week you will work from 7am to 3pm, and the following week from 3pm to 11pm. The hourly pay rate is £15.64 per hour, and this is an ongoing position.
