As a leading manufacturer of commercial lighting solutions, my client offers an extensive range of lighting options including workspace, acoustic, biophilic and decorative solutions. They provide both standard products and bespoke services, blending contemporary designs, craftsmanship and functionality to brighten modern space while prioritising sustainability through material reuse, recycling, and retrofitting.

In light of their continuous growth, they are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Technical Manager.

(Technical Manager) - Position Overview

Support various teams including, sales, marketing, operations, and manufacturing with in-depth technical knowledge.
Interpret & understand design concepts.
Produce 3D drawings aligning specifications.
Responsible for producing prototypes.
Managing the process of product testing & validation.
Ensure products are in line with industry standard and requirements.
Produce Bills of Materials.(Technical Manager) - Position Requirements

Degree or HND in a relevant field (engineering, product design, electrical/electronic engineering)
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD & Inventor)
Background in electrical manufacturing and/or engineering
Knowledge on electrical product testing & validation
Experience in Relux or Dialux propitiatory lighting software is desirable
Understanding of industry standards & regulations(Technical Manager) - Position Remuneration

Monday to Friday (7:30am - 4:30pm)
Starting salary £40,000 to £50,000 depending on skills and experience
