Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Technical team.
Setting and delivering the site's technical strategy and improvement roadmap.
Building strong, credible relationships with major retail customers and acting as a trusted technical partner.
Representing the business with confidence during customer meetings, audits and visits.
Leading the BRC and retailer audits.
Driving continuous improvement across food safety, quality, compliance and operational standards.
Ensuring robust QMR and HACCP systems, processes and procedures are maintained and evolved to support business growth.The background required …
An experienced Technical Manager with a strong track record within food manufacturing.
Experience supplying major UK retailers and managing customer relationships effectively.
A strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day technical excellence with longer-term business objectives.
A confident communicator who can influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
Proven experience leading BRC and retailer audits.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage, develop and inspire teams.
