As the Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across their multi-factory site. You will lead a talented team of technical professionals, overseeing all aspects of food safety and quality assurance processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products and uphold our reputation as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust food safety and quality management systems in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
Lead and mentor a team of technical/quality specialists, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical processes with production, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Drive innovation and optimization initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Act as a key liaison with regulatory agencies, customers, and suppliers, representing the company's technical interests and fostering strong partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field preferred.
Extensive experience in a technical leadership role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably across large sites.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRC, FSSC), quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality assurance programs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared goals.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
