Technical Lead developing all technical processes and systems and ensure the site is BRC ready.
Working cross functionally ensuring strong communication between the key functions.
Setting the standards for audits and developing a framework for all functions on best practice.
Implementation of the QMS that is fully fit for purpose for the growth agenda.
Liaise with all external Technical bodies to ensure a strong partnering approach is in place.

Your background - the ideal food manufacturing background required for this role:
Technical Management experience in Food Manufacturing is essential.
Proven achievements in developing technical manufacturing processes.
Experienced in manufacture for retail.
Demonstrable network in the industry with the major retailers, able to build and develop those further.
The communication skills to communicate the strategic and short-term technical agenda and activities with clarity across all functions.
