Technical Manager
Location: Lambeth
Salary: Up to £75k + Package
My client is a highly respected Developer who are currently looking for a Technical Manager to join their division in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation that goes above and beyond to provide housing in London and the South East.
This will be a site based role.
Role
As Technical Manager you will:
* Oversee all technical matters including design and approvals
* Be responsible for the control of the design process from planning application through to project completion
* Lead design team meetings, as well as ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner
* Provide technical advice on the feasibility of projects
Candidate
Technical Managers applying to this role must have:
* Commercial background with fit-out to oversee an 8 storey office building, as well as residential units
* MEP experience is desired but not essential
* Delivery and action focused, can identify risks and deliver effective solutions with minimal supervision
* Effective time management and progress projects against plan
* Knowledge of sectional agreements related to legal completion of residential properties
