Overview

The Role
* Ensure food safety, quality, legality, and integrity of all products.
* Advise the site leadership team on technical issues, including Capex projects.
* Manage the site technical team and foster a positive quality culture.
* Develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.
* Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
* Oversee internal audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and Food Defence strategies.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and share best practices.
The Candidate
* Experience in technical/quality management.
* Proficiency in BRC Global Standard and retailer standards.
* Accredited internal audit qualification.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
