M4 Specialist are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Technical Joy Ambassador to join our client’s team in Edinburgh. This is an ongoing position, which could lead to full time for the right candidate working for a local company with a great working environment. Transport links are good and there is ample parking. In this role, you will play a key part in the safe and efficient movement of goods, servicing, maintaining, and repairing vending machines.
Shifts for the role of Technical Joy Ambassador:
* Monday to Friday: (Apply online only)
Duties of a Technical Joy Ambassador will include:
* Safe and efficient movement of goods
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
* Servicing, maintaining and repairing vending machines
* Provide a high-quality service to clients and actively contribute to the overall improvement of the Service Department & identify new opportunities
* To assist in fault diagnosis when required across the full machine portfolio and to aid engineers in repairing / resolving faults and learning how to do so for future reference
* Be aware of any potential cases of client dissatisfaction and take appropriate action to avoid the potential becoming actual dissatisfaction
* Undertake and deliver any project-based work as required
Requirements for the role of a Technical Joy Ambassador:
* Experience in servicing, maintaining and repairing vending machines
* Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player & hardworking.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Strong leadership and decision making abilities
* Ability to multi-task and manage tight timescales effectively
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and process driven
* Computer literate with knowledge of excel, emails, PowerPoint, word and an appetite to learn and understand the clients database
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence
