Technical Engineering Supervisor
Fantastic opportunity to work in one of London’s most recognisable buildings for a leading FM company known for their training and progression opportunities . Based at a large commercial building just a short walk from Bank/Liverpool street/ Fenchurch street stations.On offer is a salary of up to £57,000
Duties
Working Monday to Friday you will be responsible for managing a team of engineer son the Landlord side of the building.
* Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenance.
* Manage a team of multi-skilled engineers.
* Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
* Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms.
* Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract.
* Manage minor improvements.
* Attend client meetings.
* Manage contractors.
Requirements
* Fully qualified to recognised electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HNC C&G)
* Previous experience of supervising and running a commercial building.
* Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
* Experience of working in a building services environment
