Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday – 9am-3.30pm

As Technical Director you will be responsible for leading the engineering, quality, manufacturing engineering and Project Management functions. As the most senior technical employee in the business, you will be responsible for championing quality, drive for customer satisfaction, establish and deliver a NPD strategy and continually develop the team across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Play a central role in shaping the company's product development direction, aligning it with overarching business strategies.
Leading all technical teams including NPD, Quality, PMO and Manufacturing Engineering.
Be the champion of quality throughout the business. Maintain and enforce high standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Close collaboration with the CEO and executive team is essential to address technical challenges and align technological initiatives with broader company objectives.
Develop and execute NPD strategies. Use strategic planning skills, including forecasting industry trends, assessing market demands, business case analysis and identifying growth opportunities to deliver business growth through NPD.
Leading change initiatives involves identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and driving organizational transformation.
