The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required technical and quality standards.

* Monitor project progress, identifying risks, delays and technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions.

* Ensure all electrical works comply with current legislation, industry standards and project requirements.

* Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover of solar PV installations.

* Ensure appropriate inspection and testing documentation is completed and maintained.

* Work closely with project managers and commercial teams to ensure projects remain within programme and budget.

* Coordinate procurement and ensure materials, equipment and resources are available when required.

* Conduct site visits and inspections across the UK.

* Support the development and implementation of project programmes and delivery strategies.

* Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance across all project sites.

* Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are maintained throughout project delivery.

* Provide regular progress updates and technical reports to senior management and clients.

* Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency and technical performance.

The successful candidate will come from a strong electrical background and have demonstrable experience delivering electrical projects, ideally within the solar PV, renewable energy, electrical contracting or wider building services sector.

You will need to be technically capable, commercially aware and confident managing multiple stakeholders and contractors across geographically dispersed projects.

* Proven experience managing the delivery of electrical projects.

* Experience working on solar PV or renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
