Role Profile

This role supports the rollout of a strategic Digital Workflow Platform based on Camunda 8, aimed at modernising process orchestration and automation across EMEA. The platform will enable standardised BPMN-driven workflows, improved operational efficiency, and reduced reliance on legacy workflow technologies.

The role is embedded within EMEA IT and works closely with the BPMN CoE, platform engineering teams, and business delivery stakeholders. It combines platform implementation support with hands-on project management of early adoption use cases, alongside helping to manage and prioritise a growing demand pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned workflow automation projects using Camunda 8, covering planning, execution, and transition to BAU
Support the implementation and rollout of the Camunda 8 platform, coordinating activities across engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams
Work with business stakeholders and the BPMN CoE to define, scope, and mobilise new workflow use cases
Support demand pipeline management, including intake, triage, sizing, prioritisation, and tracking of workflow initiatives
Establish and maintain project governance including plans, RAID logs, dependencies, financial tracking, and reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, architects, and external vendors
Ensure alignment to BPMN standards, platform governance, and architectural principles defined by the CoE
Provide clear and structured reporting to stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and key decisions
Manage project dependencies across platform build and use case delivery to ensure alignment and sequencing
Support vendor engagement and delivery where external partners are involved in platform or use case development
Drive consistency in delivery approach, templates, and governance aligned to broader IT standards
Facilitate workshops and working sessions to support backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and delivery alignment

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering IT initiatives, ideally in workflow, automation, or integration domains
Experience delivering projects involving modern application platforms, microservices, or cloud-native technologies
Strong understanding of project management disciplines including planning, risk/issue management, governance, and reporting
Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery models
Familiarity with BPMN concepts and workflow/process automation platforms (e.g. Camunda, Pega, Appian, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
Experience working across business and IT stakeholders in a structured delivery environment
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills within matrix organisations
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise communications for non-technical stakeholders
Experience supporting demand management or intake processes in a structured delivery or CoE model
Exposure to financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous
Experience working with third-party vendors or system integrators preferred

Candidates will need to show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.
