As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for customer enquiries and technical support. You will utilise your knowledge of DC battery systems and related equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. This is a customer based role where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Answer customer support enquiries via telephone, email, and chat
Chase delivery issues with couriers
Manage amendments to customer orders
Handle product returns and warranty issues
Process refunds
Provide pre-sales product advice and answer technical queries
Recommend products and advise on suitability
Carry out basic technical calculations
Take customer orders and process card payments via phone
Prepare quotations and proforma invoicesPerson Specification:

GSCE in English and Maths
GSCE or A Level in Physics is beneficial
Strong communication skills and confidence when talking with customers
Ability to grasp technical details and concepts
Conscientious, professional, and able to integrate well into a small team
Customer-centred and solution-driven approach
Proficient in MS Office suite of productsExperience:

Technical sales or technical product support experience is essential
Background in electrical-based industry would be advantageousDue to the location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
