Description:
Our client, a leading organisation in the submarine solutions and engineering sector, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support administration and stakeholder coordination in Coventry. This is a 12-month contract offering a fully site-based working environment in a front-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing efficient administrative and coordination support across technical activities
Acting as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Managing communications, information and documentation accurately and effectively
Coordinating meetings, actions and follow-up activities to support operational delivery
Maintaining organised records and ensuring information is shared with the appropriate teams
Building positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Supporting the wider team with general administration and coordination tasks as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in administration, coordination or a similar office-based role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships professionally
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems
A proactive, reliable and professional approach to work
Ability to work full time on site in Coventry
