Description:
We are seeking a meticulous Technical Compliance Manager to join a friendly team and cover maternity leave starting in August. The ideal candidate will ensure food safety, integrity, and legal standards are met, have a keen eye for detail, and be capable of working to deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain technical compliance across all areas of the business.
* Ensure all technical documentation is current, updated, and in line with BRC requirements.
* Maintain and update all customer records and specifications.
* Support the Technical Manager in the daily running of site technical requirements.
* Achieve and maintain BRC standards.
* Keep Technical KPIs up to date.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Compliance Manager or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and quality assurance practices.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Knowledge of BRC regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* HACCP qualification - Level 3 and above.
* Food safety qualifications - Level 3 and above.
