We are recruiting for:

Several Complex Repairs Operatives with strong multi-trade skills, excellent diagnostic capability, and a clear understanding of how to resolve and prevent damp, mould and condensation issues

About the New Team

As a expert colleague, you will carry out detailed inspections, diagnose root causes, and deliver multi-trade repairs that fully resolve issues in customers’ homes.

Your work will include:

* Investigation and accurate diagnosis of damp, mould and condensation

* Delivery of effective repair solutions and preventative works

* Multi-trade tasks across joinery, plastering, plumbing, decorating, general building and property maintenance

* Completion of planned upgrades where required

* Use of digital tools to record outcomes, triage cases and support compliance

* Providing clear, supportive customer advice

You will need:

* Solid multi-trade experience and confidence handling complex repairs

* Strong social housing, construction or property maintenance background

* A proactive mindset and commitment to high quality workmanship

* A full valid driving licence
