Technical Coordinator – Residential

The Role
We’re working with a growing, design-led housebuilder delivering high-quality residential developments across the South East.

This role will support projects from planning through to completion, ensuring technical information is coordinated, compliant, and delivered on programme.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate technical design from planning to handover

* Manage consultants, suppliers, and external designers

* Produce and review working drawing packages

* Resolve technical queries from site

* Support planning, building regulations, and NHBC approvals

* Attend site visits and pre-start meetings

About You

* Experience with a residential housebuilder (min. 12 months)

* Strong understanding of construction methods and regulations

* Organised and able to manage multiple stakeholders

* Good communication and IT skills

Desirable

* Exposure to SAP / EPC processes
