What is the role?
● Work as a member of the consulting team to manage business requirements
● Be the primary touch point to ensure client satisfaction
● Document requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the product for client projects
● Carry out high level sprint planning sessions with the development team
● Work closely with developers to deliver software according to client needs
● Define, execute and manage test phases to ensure quality
● Run client facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, UAT sessions and go-live support
● Help support customers by providing expert product knowledge

● Experience with using SCRUM/Agile methodology in development of complex software solutions
● 4+ years of strong business analysis skills, demonstrated in relevant industries and sectors
● Strategic analysis and planning experience
● Business case formulation and benefit realisation experience
● Business knowledge or awareness in wealth management or finance industry
● Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level
