Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Author to create clear, practical guidance for a range of IT and digital systems. You will work with technical SMEs and system users to turn complex processes into accessible documentation.
The Role
As the Technical Author, you'll:
Create a comprehensive suite of user guides and process documentation.
Produce guidance covering CDE, CAD and BIM platforms.
Work with technical SMEs to understand system functionality.
Engage system users to understand processes and user journeys.
Translate complex technical processes into clear, accessible instructions.
Develop step-by-step guides using screenshots, diagrams and workflows. About You
To be successful as the Technical Author, you'll have:
Experience creating clear technical user guides and process documentation.
Experience translating complex technical information into practical instructions.
The ability to collaborate effectively with technical SMEs and system users. What's in it for You?
