ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Technical Assistant. Are you passionate about ensuring quality in the products you consume? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Sample Collection and Preparation: You'll be responsible for collecting, purchasing, and preparing samples for various company taste panels and customers, including cooking products to perfection.

• Packaging and Distribution: Ensure samples are appropriately packaged and distributed to external partners such as laboratories for nutritional and chemical testing.

• Administrative Duties: Handle general administrative tasks including obtaining certificates, updating databases, and requesting documents and samples.

• Report Generation: Assist in generating reports to maintain thorough documentation of processes.

• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and sample storage areas.

ABOUT YOU

• This role involves some lifting of goods, so physical fitness is necessary.

• Approximately 50% of the role will be hands-on in a kitchen environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications is essential.

• Flexible Approach: Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Effective Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Communication: Clear and concise communication skills.

• Excellent organisation skills
