I'm working with an innovative beverage manufacturer seeking a Technical Assistant to support their Technical Manager across food safety, quality, compliance and supplier management activities.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ HACCP, TACCP & VACCP support
✅ Supplier approval & ingredient compliance
✅ Internal, customer & third-party audits
✅ BRCGS, GMP & food safety compliance
✅ Specifications, artwork & label reviews
✅ CAPA investigations & technical documentation
✅ Supporting NPD and continuous improvement projects
✅ QA cover when required
What we're looking for:
???? Experience within alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverage manufacturing
???? HACCP Level 3+ qualification
???? Internal Auditor qualification
???? Knowledge of BRCGS, GMP, food legislation and beverage labelling requirements
???? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
