This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the residential sector and gain exposure across the full Technical pre-construction process.

The role will involve supporting technical lead with:

✅ Planning and coordinating projects before site start
✅ Assisting with technical and design information
✅ Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and internal departments
✅ Supporting programme management and project timelines
✅ Helping ensure projects are ready for successful delivery on site
