Position: Technical Architect
Responsibilities
As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive the future of education technology. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Solution Design: Create innovative architecture solutions for complex systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with technology strategies.
Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in software design and development.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and Developers, to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
Cloud Architecture: Utilize your expertise in AWS and Azure to design scalable and reliable cloud-based systems.
Code Quality: Ensure high standards of code quality, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and adherence to best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the team, focusing on process optimization and innovation.
Mentorship: Mentor and support team members, helping them develop their skills and grow within their roles.
Experience
Required:

Over 6 years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, PHP, or Java.
Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices.
Proven experience in designing scalable and reliable systems.
Demonstrated commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of security, networking, and database concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive and inquisitive nature, willing to undertake various responsibilities.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
