Description:
We’re recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join a reputable, thriving brand with plenty of progression opportunities. If successful, you will join the aftersales team and provide administrative assistance to the technical support team.
Key Responsibilities for a Technical Administrator:
* Support the technical team, answering and directing calls to ensure the response time is within agreed SLA
* Accurately logging conversation notes to a helpdesk case
* Ensure new model and product manuals are ordered and auto-issued to the network of customers
* Maintain and update the communication system with the customers
* Create purchase orders and invoice requests as required by the department
Essential Skills for a Technical Administrator:
* Previous administrative or technical experience
* High level of attention to detail
* Good interpersonal skills
* Customer Focused
* Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
* Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
