Spinwell is recruiting for a Tech Bar Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Tech Bar Analyst
* Responsible for managing the first- and second-line technical support for all IT applications and services across sites, including end-user computing. This includes multi-function devices and specialised IT equipment.
* Responsible for ensuring support for existing and emerging information and communications technology services, including providing technical advice to project teams.
* interacts with customers. At this level, they will perform tasks such as taking calls from customers and trying to resolve their queries, while knowing when to escalate issues to management.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE Tech Bar Analyst
Essential Skills
• Experience working within a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to efficiently manage workload and escalate calls when required
• Broad knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and technologies
Desirable Skills
• ITIL foundation
• Knowledge of AGILE and DevOps frameworks
• Experience with Enterprise level reporting tools
