Are you a confident Welsh speaker with excellent customer service skills and strong IT confidence? We're recruiting on behalf of a government body for a temporary Team Support Advisor to join a busy frontline support team.This is a varied role where you'll act as the first point of contact for members of the public and businesses, providing information, guidance, technical support and signposting through a range of channels including telephone, email and online systems.
What you'll be doing:

Handling customer enquiries in both Welsh and English
Providing first-line support for digital services, including password resets and account access issues
Diagnosing customer needs and resolving enquiries at first point of contact where possible
Escalating more complex issues to specialist teams
Updating and maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
Conducting research and providing information to customers and businesses
Referring customers to relevant support services and external organisations where appropriate
Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting a high-volume contact environment while maintaining excellent service standardsWe're looking for:
✅ Fluent Welsh and English language skills (spoken and written)
✅ Previous customer service, contact centre or helpdesk experience
✅ Strong IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
✅ Accurate administration and data entry skills
Desirable:

Experience supporting business customers
Understanding of challenges faced by business owners and managers
Experience working within a public sector, advice or support environmentWhat's on offer?
