We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead a thriving Primary Education desk, stepping into a well-established division while the current Director is on maternity leave. Who We're Looking For

We're open to strong leaders from a recruitment background. transferable sectors;

Education Recruitment (ideal)
Social Care or Care Management
Nursing / Clinical
Allied Health or Healthcare ServicesWhat matters most is your ability to lead people, build relationships, and drive results.

You'll ideally have:

Leadership or team management experience (or clear readiness to step up)
A strong track record of performance, targets, or service delivery
Experience building relationships in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
A proactive, motivated, and commercially aware mindset
A passion for supporting and developing others
