Description:

Landmarc Support Services are currently recruiting for a  Team Manager to manage the Hard and Soft FM provision at Sennybridge Training Camp.

You will be responsible for the management and allocation of accommodation and FM services provision at Sennybridge. This is an exciting role for anyone that has a solid foundation in the FM Industry and is looking to develop their career within a unique environment.

Hours of work - 37 per week

Days of work - Mon - Fri

Contract - Permanent

Main ResponsibilitiesAllocation of work tasks to a team of 30 plus staff.

Manage the day to day issues of that team.

Manage the Health and Safety requirements of the team.

As per company Team Manager Profile

Be the Team Manager and main point of contact of a Team Leader and Site Operatives with excellent people management skills.

Performance manage their team

Actively ensure resolution of issues identified by Landmarc staff, the customer or site users and monitor and develop customer trends

The Ideal CandidateFull driving Licence.

Health and Safety Qualification (General NEBOSH or equivalent)

NVQ4 level Management (Minimum)

Knowledge of workload scheduling and work order processes, preferably in a multi- tasking environment

Ability to understand budgets

Drive continuous improvement

Workforce planning skills
