We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead a Supported Living service in Kendal, Lancashire, with a well established charity dedicated to fostering Independence in communities.

Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Support Workers for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities and autism.
Implement support plans, manage schedules, and conduct risk assessments.
Handle budgeting and financial tasks.
Ensure compliance and safe service delivery through team collaborationIdeal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience managing similar services and working with individuals with learning disabilities.
Flexibility to maintain operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Positive, solution-oriented mindset with innovative approaches.
Ideally holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management or is willing to pursue it.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed.
