This is a contract based role for initially four months with a possibility to go permanent afterwards.

Location - Hemel Hempstead
Full Time on site
Pay - £14.50 an hour PAYE
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 17:00pmKey Responsibilities:
Responsible for a small team.
Updating and maintain data base.
Lead the planning implementation, in order to ensure the availability of required staff members.
Comply with regulatory requirements where applicable. Skills:
Previous experience in leading a team.
Ability to set individual targets.
Good communication skills.
Previous experience in managing a budget.
