Education Recruitment Consultant / Senior Education Recruiter / Team Leader

What You'll Do (Team Leader - Education Recruitment)
Lead, support and develop a team of education recruitment consultants
Run your own billing desk covering long-term and short-term school recruitment
Drive performance across the branch and team
Build strong relationships with schools across the region
Recruit, interview and manage a pool of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve activity and results
Maintain high standards of service for clients and candidates
What We're Looking For (Team Leader - Education Recruitment)
Minimum 2 years' education recruitment experience
Proven biller who is ready for their next step (Senior Consultant → Team Leader)
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Motivated, resilient and target-driven
Confident using CRM systems and recruitment technology
Someone who enjoys leading by example and developing others
