Temp to Perm after 12 successful weeks
Flexible working days required – shifts may include weekends to meet business needs.
THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Delivery Station Team Leader to join a busy delivery station in Coventry CV7.
You'll support the day-to-day operation, lead a team and ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where teamwork, communication and attention to detail are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives
Monitor team and driver performance
Ensure parcels are scanned, sorted and dispatched correctly
Support dispatch and returns operations
Help achieve daily operational KPIs and targets
Coach and motivate team members
Deal with operational issues and escalate when required
Investigate and resolve customer issues
Communicate effectively with warehouse teams, drivers and management
Maintain high Health & Safety standards
Maintain excellent housekeeping standardsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential:
Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
Experience within a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or delivery environment
Previous experience managing or leading a team
Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on and proactive approach
Flexibility to work different days, including weekendsIMPORTANT INFORMATION - You must be available to work 40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7-day shift pattern, 14:00 -23:00.
Working days will vary according to business requirements and can include weekends.
This is a temp-to-perm position after 12 successful weeks, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
