This Energy Services Team Leader role is an office based position located in Wokingham, Berkshire and will oversee all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the team. Your focus will be managing the organisation of our people ensuring they deliver excellent customer service to our customers and deliver on targets.

As Team Leader for the Energy Services department, your key responsibilities will include:

* Day to day people management of the Energy Services team.

* Overall management responsibility of the administrative processes associated with the compliant delivery of ECO energy efficiency contracts.

* Provide daily reporting updates to Energy Services Manager.

* Responsible for the weekly processing and reporting of installer payments.

* Working closely with the Data Performance Analyst, providing weekly and monthly forecasting and performance reporting to the Energy Services Manager.

* Establish a close and trusted relationships with all our customers through regular contact and strong customer service.

* Support the Manager in the day to day running of the department.

* You communicate clearly. You can explain anything to anyone, and you are comfortable communicating in writing, on the phone and presenting to a team

* You enjoy being part of a team. You will roll your sleeves up when required and support others when needed. You enjoy being well-organised and self-sufficient, but you can bring everyone along with you
