Team Leader

Description:

Anderson Knight is recruiting a Helpdesk Team Leader for a well-established company based in Glasgow. This role involves working on a back shift rotation, ensuring effective leadership and support for the helpdesk team.

Hours: 37.5 per week - 2pm-10pm, 5 days over 7, including 2 weekends out of 4.

Salary: £28,000

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* Recruit, lead, and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives.

* Motivate and support the team to achieve customer excellence.

* Provide clear direction and guidance on daily helpdesk inquiries.

* Ensure quality standards are met and inspire the team to excel.

* Identify training needs and provide necessary coaching.

Key Attributes and Skills:

* Highly motivated and passionate with a positive attitude toward achieving excellence in people and customer service.

* Experience leading a team in a Facilities Management Helpdesk.

* Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

* Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and efficiently manage team workload.

* Administrative experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

* Previous experience leading a team in a contact centre, call centre, or helpdesk environment.
