TEAM LEADER
£15 Per Hour

My Client requires a Team Leader to join their residential service for children and young people.

KEY TASKS:

SERVICE USERS

- Assist the service users with their physical/emotional well-being and general health
- Responsible for case records, individual care plans and regular case reviews for the service users
- Carry out domestic tasks and running of the house

STAFF
- Ensuring staff work within the policies and procedures of the organisation
- Support and supervise staff

MANAGEMENT
- Assist in making sure duties among staff are distributed appropriately
- Ensure there is effective communication between all levels of staff
- Play a key role in problem solving issues that arise
- Ensure smooth running of all administration procedures

ABOUT YOU
- You'll have the Level 3
- Have at least 1 years experience as Team Leader,
- Ideally be a driver
