Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and developing a team of recruiters within the civil engineering vertical
* Maintaining and growing your own client and candidate relationships within the sector
* Coaching team members to develop their technical market knowledge and billing performance
* Driving the team's growth in line with the wider business's expansion plans
* Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients within civil engineering
Candidate Requirements:
* Significant experience as a Senior Recruiter within civil engineering recruitment, with strong sector and technical knowledge
* A consistent and proven billing history
* Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading colleagues
* Genuine ambition to move into a formal team leadership role
* Based within a commutable distance of Rickmansworth
