Description:
A leading housing organisation is looking for a Team Coordinator for 4 months to start ASAP to support the Housing Teams to deliver an excellent Local Housing Management service to residents. Your role will include, advertising, monitoring voids and lettings, compliance, reporting, raising POs, building relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
You will work closely with the team and other departments and may have some contact with residents on the telephone. Your role will be flexible and you may be asked to complete a range of administrative task to help us deliver the services that residents want
Other tasks will be:
Monitor and report on void properties. Advise on re-let planning. Support/advise Housing Officers on maintaining void records.
Advertise void properties on Locata, Housing Moves, Homefinder or other external agencies & request borough nominations.
Manage shortlists and request verification's. Complete verification's requested by external partners.
Review and approve customer applications on Home Swapper, House Exchange, Housing Moves & Homefinder. Provide advice on these systems in response to customer queries.
Work with Regeneration and Assets to support the Housing Management Teams to manage a quick turnaround of voids.
Pay rate is £19.38 PAYE
