Job Purpose

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Business Coordination Specialist for the Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy (SCSD) function. You will play an important part in supporting leadership colleagues with various responsibilities alongside ensuring the day-to-day operations of the wider team run smoothly and efficiently. The role poses an exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most exciting projects in the evolving Battery and Technology sector.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day and urgent support to senior stakeholders within the Corporate Strategy Corporate Development team, including diary management and general supportive tasks.

· Facilitate relevant meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all participants are well informed. Taking minutes as required and coordinating actions between team members.

· Manage and maintain internal day-to-day operations/functionality and support delivery of all internal projects and workstreams.

· Support external customer engagements and supplier relationships, helping to achieve/monitor project delivery and execution (e.g. deadlines and project tasks).

· Act as the team’s main contact for information requests from different parts of the business, including responding to requests for management information and reporting alongside adherence to compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential

· Experience within an office coordinator / executive assistant / administrator or similar position.

· A motivated, flexible, resilient individual with a proactive approach.

· Confident when interacting with external customers, internal stakeholders and senior management.

Desirable

· Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment.

· Experience and/or an interest in manufacturing/battery sector.
