TEAM ASSISTANT – GLOBAL INVESTMENT RESEARCH
A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the team as a Team Assistant in the Global Investment Research division!
This will be a highly organised and motivated team assistant required to work across the Healthcare business unit and Software Services team within Equity Research. The successful candidate will be extremely organised with strong time management and interpersonal skills and an ability to use their initiative and work independently.
TEAM ASSISTANT – GLOBAL INVESTMENT RESEARCH ROLE:
Managing diaries and providing administrative support for members of the Equity Research Management Team, including Directors of Research
Organising travel itineraries and processing expenses
Providing logistical support for divisional meetings and operations
Liaising with senior clients and internal personnel at GS
Managing the CRM database
Offering ad hoc project support across the team TEAM ASSISTANT – GLOBAL INVESTMENT RESEARCH ESSENTIALS:
2-3 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in an analytical function
2 – 3 years of experience as an assistant
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products with focus on Excel and Powerpoint, tools and utilities for business use
