The key responsibilities of Team Assistant are :
Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
Collect and organise research reports, models and company reports
Book travel arrangements including flight and hotel
Process expenses
Learn about International Equities technology infrastructure
Log meeting details
Planning Calendars, screening for conflicts and making sure teams are prepared for meetings Profile
The successful Team Assistant will have :
2 years Administration experience
Degree educated or NVQ Level 5
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong time management skills
