Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and systematic Team Administrative Assistant to join the Renewals team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and be able to work methodically and thoroughly. If you have a positive demeanour and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and process data within a case management system.
Issue renewal reminders via email.
Monitor reminders from overseas agents.
Update case records.
Check draft invoices.
Provide general administrative support.
Qualifications:

Strong organisational skills.
Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
