Our client based in Cumnor, Oxford is recruiting for an Administrator to support their busy team for 4-6 weeks cover a period of sickness. This role involves helping the PA who supports the Partners and the team in this busy office of 20-25 people. The role will be assisting the PA with all administration tasks and helping with the smooth running of the office.

Due to the location of our client it is recommended you are able to drive or live locally.

The role:

Helping with meetings rooms, confirming meetings and managing diaries
Responding to emails
Updating reports and other documents to a very high standard
Assisting with presentations
Assisting with travel and other related arrangements
Filing/Photocopying
Keeping kitchen area tidy and stocked The person:

Strong knowledge and ability of Office related IT packages
Previous Admin or Team Support experience preferred
Ability to use own initiative
Good communication skills
Ability and willingness to be proactive
Customer focus (both internal and external)
