Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Team Administrator at West Tofts Camp, Norfolk.
In this role, you'll be a crucial member of our dedicated team, responsible for supporting our facilities management business and customers with exceptional service. As a professional and detail-oriented administrator, you will thrive in this permanent role of 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday, working alongside a small yet passionate team.

Main ResponsibilitiesUpdating and completing work orders correctly and in a timely manner.
Maintain Government Funded Equipment Registers using Excel.
Raise, amend, place and receipt purchase orders.
Capture and produce minutes & maintain action logs for a variety of meetings.
Capture fuel usage records.
The Ideal Candidate
Office and administration skills
Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety
Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence
Customer Service skills
