Teaching Assistants
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Hertfordshire.
Whether you are an experienced TA, a recent graduate, or looking to gain valuable experience in education, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in the classroom and during small group activities
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Provide one-to-one support where required
* Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and progress
What We Are Looking For
* A genuine passion for supporting young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
* Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
