The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Codsall Multi Academy Trust to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our Bank Staff Pool from September 2026.

We are seeking passionate individuals to support pupils across Primary and Middle School settings throughout the Trust. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or someone looking to develop a career within education, we have a variety of flexible opportunities available.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant within the Codsall Multi Academy Trust Bank Staff Pool, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development
Help create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
Support pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities
Assist with classroom preparation and learning activities
Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
A positive, patient and proactive approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A genuine passion for supporting young people's education and development
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
