Qualified or Aspiring: Relevant TA qualifications (Level 2/3) or a university degree are welcomed, but a positive, adaptable mindset is essential.
Passion for Learning: Ability to support Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS3/KS4) students across various subjects.
Inclusive & Supportive: A strong champion for SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and inclusion, ensuring every student can thrive.
Great Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive rapport with teenagers, teachers, and parents.
