Teaching Assistant

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join one of our amazing primary schools in the sunny seaside town of Clacton-on-Sea!

What we are looking for:

Experience working with children, whether that be personal or professional
Patience and the ability to work confidently with young children
Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students.
Assist the primary school teacher in delivering lessons and providing support to students
Supervise students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of a GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
Valid driving licence (preferable)
Have a child only DBS (or willing to apply)

Working Conditions:

Work primarily takes place within a primary school setting.
Typical working hours follow the school schedule, Monday to Friday, typically 8:30am to 3:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
