As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will be supporting primary aged learners with their academic development, as well as their social, emotional and physical development. Randstad are supporting a local school in Watford that are currently recruiting for 2 roles to start ASAP as a Primary TA. Your Teaching Assistant responsibilities & requirements:

Work with children in small groups to support their learning
Where necessary, work 1:1 with children to complete interventions and targeted activities
Be a positive role model for students and staff
Collaborate with other members of staff, including specialists
Assist the class teacher with preparing resources and setting up activities
Have at least a grade C (or equivalent qualification) in English and Maths
Have an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
