We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our specialized provision in Birmingham. In this role, you'll support children and young people both in and around the classroom.

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (term time)
Location: Birmingham, UK
Salary: £83 - £90 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full Time/ Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of students at all times
Create a fun and engaging learning environment
Follow directions from the class teacher, working independently and as part of a team
Requirements:

Experience with children or young adults with special educational needs is preferred
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient and committed to the role
Additional Information:

Must have or be willing to apply for a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
